Project 18

Peyton Manning may be a Super Bowl MVP quarterback, but he didn't get there by himself. His parents were actively involved in his life, helping him eat right, get plenty of activity, and make smart choices.

Likewise, tackling the problem of childhood obesity takes a team approach. And you're the most valuable player on your child's team.

Of course, it's not always easy to be active with your kids. It takes time and energy you may not always feel like you have. But if your child is battling a weight problem, it's one of the most important things you can do.

Just as his coaches set the tone for Peyton Manning and the rest of the football team, you set the tone for your kids. They hear what you say. They see what you do. When it comes to healthy living, your child counts on you for teamwork, every single day. And along the way, Project 18 will be right there with you, helping you help your child become healthier and happier, every day.
